• Oversee quality control processes for betel nut (pinang) from raw material receipt to final product preparation
• Inspect, evaluate, and ensure raw materials meet company quality standards
• Manage processing activities in the warehouse to achieve required product specifications
• Monitor inventory quality and coordinate stock management activities
• Supervise warehouse teams to ensure efficient daily operations
• Implement quality improvement initiatives and maintain quality documentation
• Ensure production and quality targets are achieved while maintaining operational efficiency
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow and consistent product quality
• Requirements:
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in the betel nut (pinang) industry, specifically in quality control, processing, or warehouse operations
• Strong understanding of betel nut grading, quality standards, processing, and handling procedures
• Experience managing warehouse operations, inventory, and teams
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
• Hands-on approach with the ability to supervise teams and handle operational workload effectively
