Quality Assurance Department Head

Key responsibilities Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive quality assurance policies, procedures and standards across all manufacturing processes Lead, supervise and mentor the quality assurance team to ensure consistent execution of quality control protocols

Conduct regular inspections, testing and audits of raw materials, production processes and finished products to verify compliance with specifications Analyst quality data and generate detailed reports to identify trends, defects and areas for improvement Investigate product defects and non-conformances, determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions

Collaborate with production and operations departments to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality Oversee the calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment and testing instruments Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards and customer specifications

What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Materials Science or a related discipline Minimum 5 years of professional experience in quality assurance or quality control, with at least 3 years in a managerial role

Strong knowledge of quality management systems. Experience in manufacturing environments Proficiency in quality control testing methods, statistical analysis and data interpretation
