Quality Control Supervisor bertanggung jawab untuk mengawasi sistem kualitas produksi guna memastikan seluruh barang yang dihasilkan memenuhi standar keamanan, performa, dan regulasi yang berlaku. Anda akan memimpin analisis akar masalah (root-cause analysis) untuk setiap isu kualitas yang berulang. Peran ini mencakup koordinasi dengan berbagai departemen seperti Produksi, Engineering, R&D, QA, dan Procurement untuk perbaikan kualitas material maupun proses. Anda juga akan membimbing tim QC dalam melakukan inspeksi, pemantauan proses, pengujian produk jadi, serta penanganan deviasi untuk menjaga performa kualitas yang konsisten.
Tanggung jawab: Review product quality trend together with process parameter trend to identify drift, recurring variation, and abnormality; Lead root-cause analysis and improvement for recurring product/process quality issues; Review rejection, hold/release, defect, and customer complaint trends; verify RCA, CAPA quality, and effectiveness; Ensure compliance with product specification, process specification, control plan, testing method, Quality SOP, and relevant Food Safety requirements; Review incoming RM/PM inspection trends and identify supplier-related quality issues affecting process or finished product; Coordinate material/supplier quality improvement with Supply QA, Procurement, R&D, and related teams; Review QC team competency in incoming inspection, process monitoring, finished-product evaluation, testing, sensory assessment, and deviation handling; Coach QC team to improve technical judgment, data interpretation, escalation, and first-level problem solving; Maintain reliable QC data and use it as early warning for product/process quality performance.
Kualifikasi: S1 Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or related field; Minimum 3–5 years experience in QC/QA/Production Quality within food manufacturing; supervisory experience preferred; Strong understanding of incoming, in-process, finished-product control, sampling, specification, testing, GMP, HACCP, and food safety; Able to analyze quality/process trends and perform structured RCA/problem solving; Familiar with rejection, complaint investigation, CAPA, and supplier/material quality issue handling; Strong technical judgment, attention to detail, and production-floor orientation; Able to coach QC team and coordinate effectively with Production, Engineering, R&D, QA, and Procurement.
