Tanggung Jawab
- Responsible for ensuring that products, services, and processes meet or exceed established quality standards. Their primary goal is to prevent defects, identify areas for improvement, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well structured test plans and test cases
- Create clear and concise bug reports
- Design proper test strategy
- Conduct and lead system Integration Test, regression test, User Acceptance Test, smoke testing, production test run, and any cycle testing
- Create technical document, material training, user guide and any document after development
