Perusahaan membuka lowongan untuk posisi QMR Manager guna memimpin pengelolaan sistem manajemen mutu, kepatuhan terhadap standar ISO, pelaksanaan audit, serta inisiatif peningkatan kualitas berkelanjutan di seluruh lini bisnis perusahaan. Peran strategis ini bertanggung jawab untuk memimpin dan memelihara Sistem Manajemen Mutu (QMS) perusahaan sesuai standar ISO yang berlaku, bertindak sebagai Quality Management Representative dalam mengkoordinasikan implementasi kebijakan mutu, mengembangkan dan meninjau SOP serta dokumentasi mutu, mengkoordinasikan audit internal dan eksternal, memantau kepatuhan, serta mengidentifikasi risiko dan peluang perbaikan guna mendorong budaya perbaikan berkesinambungan di seluruh departemen.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with applicable ISO standards; Act as the Quality Management Representative and coordinate the implementation of quality management policies and procedures; Develop, review, and ensure effective implementation of SOPs, policies, work instructions, and quality documentation; Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely follow-up and closure of audit findings; Monitor compliance with QMS requirements across departments and business units; Identify quality risks, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement, and develop appropriate corrective and preventive actions; Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA); Conduct regular quality reviews and management reporting on QMS performance and improvement initiatives; Facilitate quality awareness and ISO-related training for employees and relevant stakeholders; Support departments in identifying process improvements and maintaining consistent operational standards; Ensure proper control, maintenance, and availability of quality-related documents and records; Coordinate with management and relevant departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives; Stay updated on changes in applicable ISO standards, regulations, and quality management requirements.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field; Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, QMS, or a related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in managing or implementing ISO-based Quality Management Systems; Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management principles; Experience as a Quality Management Representative (QMR) or leading QMS implementation is highly preferred; Strong experience in internal and external audit coordination and follow-up; Familiar with SOP development, document control, risk management, CAPA, and continuous improvement; Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills; Detail-oriented, systematic, proactive, and able to work effectively with multiple departments; Relevant ISO Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor certification is an advantage; Candidates who are currently based in Bali are highly preferred.
