Posisi ini bertanggung jawab dalam menjembatani kualitas produk dengan pengalaman pengguna melalui pengujian fitur dan pengelolaan komunitas. Anda akan berperan aktif dalam memastikan produk smartphone memenuhi standar kualitas serta membangun hubungan yang kuat dengan pengguna melalui berbagai platform komunitas.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.; 1–2 years of experience in QA Testing, User Research, Community Management, or a related field.; Strong interest in Android smartphones and technology, with hands-on experience exploring and testing smartphone features.; Willing to conduct field testing and interact directly with users.; Experience managing chat groups, forums, or online communities is preferred.; Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.; Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.; Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.; Proficiency in English/Mandarin (spoken and written) is highly preferred..
