Rafitama Millenial Wahyudi focused on the distribution of hydraulic and pneumatic components. 3. PT. Dimensi Quantum Wahyudi focused on the distribution of vacuum components and handling systems. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial preferred), Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Management System (QMS), Process Improvement, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and SMK3

Proficient in Continuous Improvement methodologies and tools (e.g., QC 7 Tools, QCC, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, Lean Six Sigma). Certified or experienced as an Internal Auditor (Lead Auditor certification is a strong plus). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory) : formulas, pivot tables, power query, and dashboarding.

Proficient in Microsoft Visio (mandatory) for business process mapping. Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools is a distinct advantage. Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
