Responsible for purchasing and vendor management activity for placement at our Service Center, Marunda, Cilincing, North Jakarta
Tanggung jawab: Complete Unit Purchase Order Recording: Ensure accurate recording of purchase orders for various units; Input to N/S System: Input relevant data into our internal systems for tracking and inventory management; Invoice Recording: Maintain records of invoices and ensure timely processing; Outgoing Goods (DO) Handover Slip for Complete Units: Prepare necessary documentation for the handover of outgoing goods; Vehicle Information (Transport): Coordinate transportation logistics and maintain vehicle information records; Archive Storage and Updates: Organize and update archives related to purchasing activities; Requirements:; Proficiency in Mandarin is essential; At least have 2 years experience as Purchasing or any other related position (from heavy equipment industry will be point plus); Excellent communication, proactive and good in negotiation; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Willing to be placed at XCMG Service Center Office, Marunda, Cilincing, North Jakarta.
