• Complete Unit Purchase Order Recording: Ensure accurate recording of purchase orders for various units
• Input to N/S System: Input relevant data into our internal systems for tracking and inventory management
• Invoice Recording: Maintain records of invoices and ensure timely processing
• Outgoing Goods (DO) Handover Slip for Complete Units: Prepare necessary documentation for the handover of outgoing goods
• Vehicle Information (Transport): Coordinate transportation logistics and maintain vehicle information records
• Archive Storage and Updates: Organize and update archives related to purchasing activities
• Requirements:
• Proficiency in Mandarin is essential
• At least have 2 years experience as Purchasing or any other related position (from heavy equipment industry will be point plus)
• Excellent communication, proactive and good in negotiation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to be placed at XCMG Service Center Office, Marunda, Cilincing, North Jakarta
