EXPORT IMPORT : Handle all import & Export process with local documents (invoice, P/L, AWB, Insurance, PO, etc.). Prepare and manage all necessary documents for export/import shipments, including PIB (Surat Pemberitahuan Impor Barang), PEB (Surat Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang), and other relevant customs documentation.

Create procedure of clearance and documentation of import/ export file. Communication and coordinating with exporter and importer related documentation and shipment schedule. Coordinate with Customs and Authorities

Issue Resolution and Problem Solving of emport import process Coordinating with warehouse to discharge process of goods/import contents. Familiar communicate with vendors

Do the local goods importation and exportation declaration Overcoming obstacles in shipping and releasing export – import goods process Calculate the goods to be sent or received, including weight, volume/cubic capacity, and basic calculation of the price of the goods.

Logistics Coordination and Timely Shipments Conduct regular reporting via SIINAS (National Industrial Information System) as required by the Ministry of Industry. Apply for and monitor export/import quotas

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum education S1
  • Minimum 2 years experience in export-import is preferred
  • Have English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Able to work in a team or individually
  • Have good communication and negotiation skills
  • Have high initiative and able to do multitasking work
  • Energetic, meticulous, honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure
  • Understand export-import process regulations (taxes, PIB/PEB, forwarding, etc.)
  • Able to operate Ms. Office
