Manage end-to-end EPC procurement, vendor sourcing, negotiations, and timely delivery of project materials while ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
Tanggung jawab: Manage end-to-end procurement activities for EPC projects; Source, evaluate, and develop qualified vendors and suppliers; Prepare RFQ/RFP, analyze quotations, negotiate pricing, and issue Purchase Orders; Ensure timely procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services in accordance with project schedules; Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Project Control, Warehouse, and Finance teams to support project execution; Monitor delivery schedules, vendor performance, and procurement progress; Conduct commercial evaluations and recommend the most competitive suppliers; Maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures; Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and delivery requirements; Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with vendors; Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field; Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing for EPC, Construction, Oil & Gas, Mining, or Industrial Projects; Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, contract negotiation, and commercial evaluation; Experienced in purchasing construction materials, mechanical, electrical, piping, and project equipment; Familiar with RFQ, RFP, tender process, bid evaluation, and procurement documentation; Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills; Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines; Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/SAP procurement systems; Willing to travel or be assigned to project sites as required.
