• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for EPC projects
• Source, evaluate, and develop qualified vendors and suppliers
• Prepare RFQ/RFP, analyze quotations, negotiate pricing, and issue Purchase Orders
• Ensure timely procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services in accordance with project schedules
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Project Control, Warehouse, and Finance teams to support project execution
• Monitor delivery schedules, vendor performance, and procurement progress
• Conduct commercial evaluations and recommend the most competitive suppliers
• Maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and delivery requirements
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with vendors
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement/Purchasing for EPC, Construction, Oil & Gas, Mining, or Industrial Projects
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, contract negotiation, and commercial evaluation
• Experienced in purchasing construction materials, mechanical, electrical, piping, and project equipment
• Familiar with RFQ, RFP, tender process, bid evaluation, and procurement documentation
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/SAP procurement systems
• Willing to travel or be assigned to project sites as required
