• Responsible to Policy administration process including client maintenance, corporate maintenance and plan benefit maintenance as per policy term condition
• Assist Line Manager in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organization plans
• Contribute to training and development of the team and organization as a whole
• Responsible to Setting Policy, Enrolment member process and membership card personalization
• Responsible to Prepare a regular report (daily, weekly, monthly) and ad hoc report
• Responsible to Accountable an a daily operations to meet productivity or service standard as defined by management in line with department and/or division
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in business administration /Insurance / TPA / or similar field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Supervisor or similar role
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Understanding of customer service principles and practices
• Proficiency in using MS Office
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Good time-management skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work when needed
