Deskripsi pekerjaan
Posisi ini ditempatkan di anak perusahaan, PT Cipta Karya Teknik (CKT), yang berfokus pada proyek Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH). Anda akan bertanggung jawab mengawasi implementasi proyek di lapangan agar berjalan sesuai rencana dan anggaran. Peran ini menuntut kemampuan kepemimpinan tim, manajemen subkontraktor, serta koordinasi dengan berbagai pihak terkait. Anda juga berperan dalam menganalisis masalah teknis di lapangan dan memberikan solusi cepat agar proyek tetap berjalan tepat waktu.
Tanggung jawab: Responsible for project implementation according to the plan of work and budget; Lead the team to support the project implementation; Manage subcon and labour resource; Coordinate with the team and related parties; Analyze problems and provide solutions to keep the project running; Responsible for ensuring the project runs on time and within budget; Assist in negotiating contracts, securing permits, and licenses.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably in Engineering); Minimum 2 years in Telecommunications / FTTH / Fiber Optic or Infrastructure projects; Fluent in English (Mandarin Speaker is a plus); Strong field supervision and coordination skills; Good communication and problem-solving skills; Willing to work at sites / assigned area; Ready to join soon / immediate availability is preferred.
