Job Responsibilities: Develop and manage project-based sales, with a focus on residential projects (housing, clusters, apartments). Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, architects, and project owners.
Identify and track potential project opportunities within the assigned area. Conduct site visits, product presentations, and demonstrations of aluminium products. Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and handle price negotiations to close deals.
Coordinate with internal teams (production, delivery, technical) to ensure smooth project execution. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Develop sales strategies and action plans to achieve targets and increase market share.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Project Sales, preferably handling residential projects.
- Experience in aluminium products (e.g., frames, doors, windows, façade systems) is a strong advantage.
- Strong network with developers, contractors, or other project stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and with a strong sense of ownership.
- Willing to travel for site visits and business trips.
- Placement: Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.
