What you'll be doing Lead and supervise QA/QC activities for shipbuilding, ship repair, and conversion projects Ensure inspections are conducted in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards

Monitor welding, fabrication, and structural works to ensure quality compliance Coordinate inspections with production teams, clients, and Class Surveyors Review inspection reports and quality documentation

Identify quality issues and drive corrective actions Provide guidance and support to QA/QC Inspectors in daily operations What we're looking
