Posisi MEP Inspector bertanggung jawab untuk memantau dan menginspeksi pekerjaan Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) serta Extra Low Voltage (ELV) di lokasi proyek. Peran ini sangat krusial dalam memastikan bahwa seluruh layanan bangunan memenuhi standar teknis, regulasi otoritas lokal, serta jadwal yang telah ditetapkan. Anda akan bekerja sama dengan konsultan MEP, insinyur layanan, teknisi, dan profesional konstruksi lainnya untuk memastikan metode instalasi yang benar. Tanggung jawab Anda mencakup pengawasan kualitas (Quality Control), manajemen cacat (Defect Management), inspeksi material dan peralatan, serta melakukan pengujian dan komisioning sistem. Selain itu, Anda akan menyiapkan laporan teknis, gambar, dan dokumentasi terkait untuk mendukung kelancaran serah terima unit.
Tanggung jawab: Familiarize and implement the procedures as stated in the PM Manual; Project monitoring in strategically manner in MEP area; Generate brief program with PM and meet project deadlines related to MEP works execution; Promote energy efficiency and other sustainability issues; Ensure that all building services meet technical standards and local authority regulations; Liaise with MEP consultants, service engineers & technicians, surveyors, architectural construction professionals; To be understandable of product/ materials and equipment to be used in various systems; To be aware of installation methods & correct sequence of work; Prepare reports, drawings and technical specifications; Carry out tests on systems and make changes to plans where necessary; Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed; Perform other tasks as required; Inspection of MEP and ELV Works; Quality Control and Defect Management; Material and Equipment Inspection; Testing, Commissioning, and Statutory Inspections; Documentation and Reporting; Coordination and Site Monitoring; Unit Inspection and Handover.
