Peran QC / QA Supervisor / Manager bertanggung jawab penuh dalam merancang prosedur inspeksi, memantau seluruh operasi yang memengaruhi kualitas, serta memimpin dan membimbing para inspektor, teknisi, dan staf terkait. Anda bertugas memastikan keandalan serta konsistensi hasil produksi melalui pengujian proses dan produk akhir, mengarahkan tim dalam standar regulasi, serta mengelola implementasi Sistem Manajemen Mutu (QMS). Selain itu, posisi ini mencakup pengelolaan basis data ketidaksesuaian, penyusunan laporan analisis rinci, penerapan Key Performance Indicators (KPI), serta komunikasi yang efektif dengan berbagai departemen untuk memastikan seluruh target dan standar kualitas perusahaan tercapai dengan baik.
Tanggung jawab: Devising procedures to inspect and report quality issues; Monitoring all operations that affect quality; Supervising and guiding inspectors, technicians and other related staff; Assuring the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output; Directing workers in quality assurance inspection and testing to assure that establishment and regulatory standards are met; Assigning training of new workers to qualified workers; Communicates quality standard and parameters to QC team, production development team and other appropriate team; Refer client, customer and user feedback; Develop the Management Systems strategy and the management arrangements for key milestones, demonstrating solid progress against plan; Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS; Manage the audit nonconformity data base; Provide detailed analysis of nonconformities; Ensure ongoing compliance with the Quality Management System; Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility; Set department objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reports; Ensure KPIs are met by working to the overall plan, including management of, and reporting; Requirements :.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering; At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position; Good and effective communication; Have experience implementation of QA System and ISO; Assertive Person; Self-detail orientation and able to perform and deliver task on time; Have excellent English skill, oral and written (Mandarin will be advantage); Understand with improvement process, line balancing, material flow; Able to plan, well-organized and well adjustment; Strong analytical and problem solving skills; Excellent verbal and writing communication skill; Excellent time management skill with proven ability and problem ability to meet deadline.
