About the customer: Our client is a purpose-driven foundation based in Bali, dedicated to supporting children’s wellbeing, education, and creativity. The organization focuses on empowering and connecting existing child-focused Yayasan across Indonesia, building a collaborative network that shares knowledge, resources, and inspiration. Job Summary: As the Project Manager , you will lead, coordinate, and develop all programs supporting children’s wellbeing, education, and creativity. You will manage partnerships with Yayasan, develop fundraising initiatives, oversee communication and reporting, and ensure all activities reflect the foundation’s values of kindness, culture, and sustainability. This is a full-time position based in Bali , reporting directly to the President of the Foundation and the Group CEO .

Responsibilities: Build and maintain partnerships with child-focused Yayasan and community organizations. Coordinate program activities, reporting, and impact measurement with partner Yayasan.

Design and implement fundraising strategies, including CSR, events, and donor relations. Ensure transparent management of funds and accurate donor reporting. Supervise and guide the Social Media & Communications Officer.
