PT Bina Mitra Indosejahtera (BMIS) sedang mencari Project Manager untuk memimpin proyek konstruksi Laueli Irrigation Scheme di Timor-Leste. Peran ini bersifat kontrak/berbasis proyek. Anda bertanggung jawab penuh dalam memimpin, merencanakan, mengoordinasikan, dan mengawasi seluruh aktivitas konstruksi proyek. Tugas mencakup pengelolaan jadwal, anggaran, sumber daya, serta memastikan pekerjaan mematuhi standar teknis, kualitas, dan HSE yang berlaku.
Tanggung jawab: Lead, plan, coordinate, and supervise all project construction activities; Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and manpower allocation; Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards; Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary; Coordinate with the client, consultant, subcontractors, suppliers, and local authorities; Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and applicable regulations; Prepare and submit regular progress reports, cost reports, and project documentation; Identify and manage project risks, technical issues, and potential delays; Lead and develop the project team to achieve project targets.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction project management, preferably in irrigation, water resources, dams, canals, or other civil infrastructure projects; Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects from planning through completion; Strong knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, cost control, contract administration, and quality management; Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6; Fluency in English is required; Portuguese or Tetum proficiency is an advantage; Willing to be stationed at the project site in Timor-Leste; Must possess a valid and active Permit/Passport.
