Posisi Project Manager ini bertanggung jawab untuk memimpin dan mengawasi proyek dari tahap perencanaan hingga penyelesaian. Peran ini sangat krusial dalam memastikan setiap proyek berjalan efektif, tepat waktu, dan memenuhi standar kualitas yang ditetapkan perusahaan. Project Manager akan mengoordinasikan tim lintas fungsi yang mencakup departemen Engineering, Production, QA/QC, PPC, Procurement, Warehouse, dan Sales. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi pengembangan rencana proyek, pemantauan progres, identifikasi risiko, serta memberikan solusi teknis dan strategis kepada manajemen untuk memastikan keberhasilan proyek secara keseluruhan.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and oversee projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely and effective execution; Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Production, QA/QC, PPC, Procurement, Warehouse, Sales, and other departments; Develop project plans, timelines, priorities, and action plans; Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and drive timely solutions; Ensure effective communication and alignment between all project stakeholders; Provide regular project updates and recommendations to management; Drive continuous improvement and ensure projects meet quality, customer, and business requirements.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, manufacturing, engineering, operations, or related fields; Valve industry experience is not required, but will be considered an advantage; Excellent English communication skills , both written and spoken; Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills; Strong critical thinking, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities; Able to coordinate and influence people across different departments and organizational levels; Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills; Proactive, adaptable, responsible, and result-oriented.
