The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end Project Lifecycle Management, leading teams through planning, initiation, execution, and closure. The role ensures that project objectives are met within scope, timelines, and budgets while maintaining high quality. This position involves extensive planning, documentation, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and coordination with cross-functional teams and vendors, overseeing everything from technical testing to final handover.
Tanggung jawab: Lead project teams through planning, initiation, execution, and closure; Prepare comprehensive project plans (Project Management Plan, WBS, Schedule); Handle technical/functional documentation and deliver status reports; Maintain proactive communication with sponsors and stakeholders; Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks (Risk & Issue Register Management); Control project scope changes (Change Request Management); Manage allocation and performance of cross-functional teams and vendors; Oversee testing phases (UAT, Performance Testing, Security Hardening) up to handover and BAST.
