Deskripsi pekerjaan
Posisi Project Cost Control bergabung dengan tim konstruksi untuk proyek di Timor Leste, berfokus pada manajemen biaya dan kinerja keuangan proyek secara analitis dan detail. Tugas utama mencakup pemantauan serta pengendalian anggaran biaya proyek (Project Cost Budget), perbandingan antara anggaran dan biaya aktual, analisis biaya komitmen, aktual, serta perkiraan biaya (forecast cost) untuk mengidentifikasi potensi pembengkakan biaya (cost overrun). Kandidat juga bertanggung jawab menyusun laporan biaya berkala, melakukan cost forecasting hingga penyelesaian proyek, serta menghitung dan memverifikasi volume pekerjaan konstruksi berdasarkan Bill of Quantity (BOQ).
Tanggung jawab: Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost reports; Track actual project costs against the approved budget; Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions; Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and finance teams to ensure effective cost control; Prepare weekly and monthly cost performance reports for management; Support project forecasting, cash flow planning, and budget updates; Ensure compliance with company cost control procedures and project financial policies; Untuk kandidat Project Cost Control – Infrastruktur Jalan & Jembatan , sebaiknya memiliki kombinasi kemampuan cost control, quantity/measurement, administrasi proyek, dan pemahaman pekerjaan konstruksi jalan & jembatan.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field; Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Project Cost Control, Cost Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a similar role within the construction industry; Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of ERP systems and project management software is an advantage; Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines; Willing to be assigned and relocated to the project site in Timor Leste; Join Asap; Pendidikan:; D3/S1 Teknik Sipil, Teknik Industri, Quantity Surveying, Manajemen Konstruksi, atau bidang terkait; Minimal 2–3 tahun sebagai Cost Control, Cost Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, atau Project Control; Pengalaman proyek jalan dan jembatan/infrastruktur menjadi prioritas; Sertifikasi BNSP di bidang yang relevan menjadi nilai tambah, khususnya Cost Control, Quantity Surveyor, atau bidang konstruksi; Sertifikasi Ahli Konstruksi/SKK relevan juga menjadi nilai tambah.
