The Programme Operations Coordinator (POC) is a vital role within the organization, tasked with supporting effective programme delivery across the BAY states. The position focuses on strengthening programme operations, reporting, PRIME adoption, data quality, knowledge management, and project start-up processes. The role involves close collaboration with Programme Managers, MEAL, Awards, and Operations teams to ensure that humanitarian programmes are implemented in a timely, compliant, and high-quality manner, while fostering continuous improvement. As a key member of the programme team, the POC will work in a dynamic environment where they will have frequent or intensive contact with children and young people, as they are responsible for implementing police checking and vetting processes for staff. The role requires a high level of coordination to ensure that all operational aspects of the country programmes are aligned with organizational standards and objectives.
