Deskripsi pekerjaan
Posisi ini merupakan peran pendukung bagi tim perencanaan produksi. Anda akan membantu dalam input data perencanaan ke dalam sistem perusahaan serta memantau pembaruan stok untuk memastikan kelancaran operasional. Selain itu, peran ini melibatkan koordinasi dengan manajer lini dalam pembuatan pesanan untuk pihak ketiga serta penyediaan laporan produksi yang dibutuhkan oleh pelanggan.
Tanggung jawab: Assisting production planning team to input the planning to system (spreadsheet, SAP); Assisting line manager to create order for 3rd party packer based on the needs and monitoring the stock update; Assisting line manager in providing any report related to the production for customer.
Kualifikasi: Fresh graduate or final-year college student in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Economics, Statistics, or related field; Strong details and analytical skills; Good relationship, able to build positive working relation with colleagues; Have a good communication skill, can both speak and write in English is preferred; Can operate Microsoft Excel.
