PT Berka Raya Bali mencari seorang Production Manager yang proaktif, terorganisir, dan bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola seluruh operasional produksi, memastikan kualitas produk terjaga, serta menjamin ketepatan waktu pengiriman. Berlokasi kerja dari hari Senin hingga Sabtu pukul 09.00–17.00 WITA, posisi ini menawarkan masa pelatihan hingga 3 bulan sebelum diangkat menjadi karyawan tetap dengan paket gaji dan fasilitas tunjangan sesuai kebijakan perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Monitor production schedules, progress, quality, and deadlines; Coordinate with clients, tailors, QC, suppliers, and internal teams; Follow up on sampling, orders, materials, and shipment preparation; Provide regular production updates and reports to management; Handle production issues and ensure timely follow-up.
Kualifikasi: Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills; Proactive, detail-oriented, disciplined, and solution-focused; Good English communication skills, especially written; Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Drive; Experience in production or manufacturing is an advantage; Willing to learn and work in a dynamic environment.
