We are looking for a Production Manager to lead, optimize production processes, and ensure targets are met with high quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. This role requires a leader capable of managing factory-level production and implementing effective solutions to production challenges. You will collaborate with Quality, Engineering, PPIC, and Logistics Managers to optimize processes, inventory, and production schedules. Key responsibilities include monitoring production metrics, identifying cost-saving opportunities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards (such as ISO 9001), and supporting employee engagement within the production team.
Tanggung jawab: Work with the Quality Manager to address quality issues; Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to optimize production processes; Coordinate with the PPIC Manager to adjust production schedules; Collaborate with the Logistics Manager to optimize inventory management; Monitor production metrics and KPIs; Act as a liaison between different departments; Support employee engagement and morale; Identify opportunities for cost savings; Monitor budgetary performance; Complete tasks and projects within deadlines.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial management, or a related field; Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations as Production Manager; Ability to handle production at a factory level; Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions; Strong leadership and management abilities; Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities; Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality management systems (ISO 9001); Commitment to continuous improvement and new technologies; Keen attention to detail.
