Perusahaan membuka kesempatan bagi profesional berpengalaman untuk posisi Branch Manager yang akan memimpin keseluruhan operasional cabang yang mencakup fungsi Sales, Distribution, Warehouse, dan Admin secara menyeluruh. Dalam peran ini, Anda bertanggung jawab penuh untuk mencapai target pendapatan penjualan, margin, dan profitabilitas yang telah ditetapkan. Tugas utama meliputi pengelolaan inventaris, pengendalian biaya operasional, membangun hubungan yang kuat dengan para principal serta pelanggan kunci, serta menganalisis kinerja keuangan maupun operasional guna mengeksekusi rencana tindakan korektif demi efisiensi dan pertumbuhan bisnis.

Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or related field; Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical and/or FMCG distribution; Strong knowledge of branch operations, inventory, and financial management; Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the industry; Proven track record in revenue growth and operational efficiency; Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills; Willing to be placed across Indonesia.
