Perusahaan sedang mencari seorang IT Manager yang berpengalaman dan proaktif untuk memimpin tim pengembangan aplikasi serta mendorong berbagai inisiatif teknologi di seluruh grup perusahaan. Peran ini menuntut keterlibatan langsung dalam mengawasi operasi aplikasi bisnis, kinerja, dan keandalan sistem baik di kantor pusat maupun di berbagai toko, serta berkolaborasi erat dengan unit bisnis dan manajer infrastruktur IT guna mencapai strategi serta tujuan teknologi perusahaan. Dalam kesehariannya, pemegang posisi bertanggung jawab penuh untuk mengelola tim pengembang dalam merilis proyek-proyek IT yang telah ditetapkan, menjaga serta meningkatkan standar dan dokumentasi pengembangan sistem, serta memastikan seluruh proses berjalan sesuai dengan arsitektur, keamanan, dan tata kelola yang berlaku. Posisi ini berlokasi penempatan di kantor pusat yang terletak di kawasan Pulomas, Jakarta Timur.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver assigned IT projects; Collaborate with business units and other departments to identify productivity improvements through technology implementation; Oversee business application operations, performance, and reliability across Head Office and Stores; Work closely with IT Infrastructure managers to achieve the company’s technology strategy and objectives; Maintain and improve IT development standards and documentation; TECHNICAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE; Software / Application Development Life Cycle (SDLC); Application architecture and security; Microservices and API integration; Cloud Services, preferably AWS; Basic knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes; Understanding of retail business and SOPs; Knowledge of AI, automation, and other emerging technologies.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; Minimum 7 years of professional IT experience, with at least 3 years in a Team Lead or Managerial role; Experience in the retail industry is highly preferred; Placement at head office: East Jakarta (Pulomas area); Software / Application Development Life Cycle (SDLC); Application architecture and security; Microservices and API integration; Cloud Services, preferably AWS; Basic knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes; Understanding of retail business and SOPs; Knowledge of AI, automation, and other emerging technologies.
