Production Foreman bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan operasional pertambangan berjalan lancar dan target produksi tercapai. Peran ini mencakup koordinasi dengan berbagai divisi terkait, pengawasan di lapangan, serta pengelolaan unit alat berat untuk memastikan efisiensi kerja. Selain itu, posisi ini bertugas mengawasi aktivitas di Loading Point Pit dan Dumping Point, serta memastikan koordinasi yang baik antara divisi engineering dan geologi terkait arah penambangan. Foreman juga berperan dalam memonitor kinerja operator dan pengemudi di bawah pengawasannya.
Tanggung jawab: Ensure that the operations run smoothly; Ensure that the production targets for ore, overburden movement, and barging are met; Coordinate with relevant parties about the progress of operations, field needs, and any issues in the field; Ensure the effective placement of hauler and loader units; Coordinate with the engineering and geology quality divisions for mining direction and mining areas; Supervise activities at the Loading Point Pit and the Dumping Point of the waste dump area.
Kualifikasi: Minimum SMA/SMK; 1 years of experience in the same position; POP certification is preferred; Holds a valid SIM A or SIM BII driver’s license; Knowledgeable about heavy equipment components; Able to monitor the work of subordinate drivers and operators; Has knowledge of mining activities; Has knowledge of mining software (mineral commodities knowledge is preferred).
