Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Auto Electric Foreman is responsible for achieving maintenance department goals by strictly adhering to company procedures. This role involves monitoring daily shift reports to ensure accuracy and accountability, analyzing component conditions, and enforcing correct troubleshooting and repair procedures during breakdowns. The Foreman also coordinates equipment shutdown work with the Supervisor and ensures all activities are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner, including issuing disciplinary actions when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/SMK graduate
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related field
- Advanced understanding of electrical systems for Heavy Equipment (A2B), Medium Trucks, and Light Vehicles
- Proficient with charging systems, starting systems, and automotive AC systems
- Must possess a valid Driver's License: SIM B II Umum
- Strong skills in time management, planning, and self-organization

- Coordinate and plan equipment shutdown work in cooperation with the Supervisor
- Maintain a safe work environment by ensuring all activities follow company safety protocols
- Prevent environmental impacts by ensuring all repair and operation procedures are strictly followed
- Issue disciplinary actions as required in accordance with company rules
