Production Assistant Manager, Supervisor

About the role PT Inti Lautan Fajar Abadi is seeking a Production Assistant Manager, Supervisor to join our manufacturing operations in Beji, East Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in overseeing daily production activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining safety standards across our manufacturing facility. As Production Assistant Manager, Supervisor, you will bridge management and frontline operations, driving productivity improvements whilst fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within your team.

Key responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure targets are met and quality standards are maintained Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to optimise efficiency and minimise downtime

Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all team members adhere to health and safety regulations and protocols Train, mentor and develop production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste

Manage inventory and equipment maintenance schedules to ensure resources are available when needed Report production metrics, quality data and operational challenges to senior management Investigate and resolve production issues promptly to minimise disruptions

Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to support overall operational goals What we're looking for
