Company: Japanese MEP construction contractor Location: Project Site around Java or Sumatra Position: Project Manager Summary
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering); Minimum 5 years experience, in project management is an advantage; Computer literate with excellent knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications; Fluent in English (written & spoken); Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, steam boiler, air compressor, chiller, cooling tower, power distribution, lighting system, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, communication, genset, UPS, etc.); Capable of reading construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings; Have leadership and communication skills; Have integrity and work professionalism; Have a sense of risk management; Healthy and can be highly mobile.
