A position within the garment industry focused on overseeing production floor operations. The Assistant Manager supports the Sewing Production Manager in ensuring that sewing operations run smoothly, efficiently, and meet quality standards. The role involves direct supervision of the production floor, monitoring productivity metrics, training sewing operators, and handling corrective actions for production issues. The incumbent acts as a key coordinator between departments to maintain a consistent production flow.
Tanggung jawab: Assist the Sewing Production Manager in supervising sewing operations on the production floor; Monitor production efficiency, productivity, and product quality; Train sewing operators to improve their skills and performance; Handle quality and production issues and take corrective actions when needed; Prepare simple daily, weekly, and monthly production reports; Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering; Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in the garment industry; Good understanding of garment production processes and sewing machine operations; Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Good knowledge of quality standards, productivity, and efficiency in the garment industry; Willingness to be stationed in Tangerang.
