Posisi Product Photography Staff ditujukan bagi individu yang teliti, terorganisir, dan memiliki kecintaan mendalam pada fotografi produk serta produksi kreatif. Peran ini memegang kendali penuh atas manajemen proses fotografi produk dari awal hingga akhir. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup persiapan produk dan peralatan studio, pelaksanaan pemotretan sesuai dengan standar visual dan brief yang diberikan, pengelolaan arsip foto secara sistematis, serta pemenuhan berbagai permintaan fotografi dari lintas tim. Selain itu, staf ini juga bertanggung jawab melakukan penyuntingan foto dasar, pencatatan penerimaan dan pengembalian produk, serta pelaksanaan stock opname secara berkala.
Tanggung jawab: We are looking for a Product Photography who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about product photography and creative production; This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end product photography process, from product preparation and shooting to file management and fulfilling photography requests from various teams; Responsibilities; Conduct product photography according to the assigned brief and visual standards; Prepare products, cameras, lighting, backgrounds, and other shooting equipment before production; Check products based on SKU, quantity, and physical condition before and after the photography process; Manage photo files, including copying, renaming, sorting, and filing according to company standards; Complete product photography requests based on the brief, priority, and agreed timeline; Perform basic photo editing and quality checks when required; Maintain accurate records for product receiving and product returns; Conduct regular stock opname according to the established schedule and SOP; Coordinate with relevant teams regarding product requirements, briefs, revisions, and deadlines; Handle ad hoc requests based on work priorities and business needs; Maintain the cleanliness and organization of products, equipment, files, and the work area.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma/bachelor’s degree, preferably in Visual Communication Design, Photography, Multimedia, or related field; Previous experience in product photography or studio photography is a plus; Good understanding of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and studio lighting; Having the ability to operate camera video is a plus; Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere and/or After Effects; Familiar with Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel for data recording and administration; Good file management and organizational skills; Strong attention to detail, especially in product and SKU checking; Able to work with targets, deadlines, and multiple requests simultaneously; Good communication and coordination skills; Able to work independently and as part of a team; Responsive, disciplined, proactive, and responsible; Willing to handle a combination of creative, operational, administrative, and ad hoc tasks.
