Perusahaan berbasis di Singapura mencari Digital Operations Associates (Remote) yang berdedikasi tinggi dan teliti untuk bergabung mendukung operasional harian perusahaan secara jarak jauh dari Indonesia. Posisi ini berperan penting dalam menjaga kelancaran operasional tanpa hambatan dan memastikan tingkat kepuasan klien tetap terjaga melalui pemantauan sistem yang konsisten. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi pemantauan berbagai grup chat secara jarak jauh sesuai jadwal shift rotasi (termasuk akhir pekan dan hari libur nasional), pengunduhan dan pengunggahan foto dari grup chat ke platform cloud, pelaporan kendala teknis atau gangguan sistem kepada atasan, serta pemeliharaan log shift dan laporan aktivitas yang akurat dengan komunikasi yang efektif bersama tim operasional.
Tanggung jawab: Monitor and check multiple chat groups remotely according to the assigned shift schedule; Uploading and downloading of photos from group chats to cloud platform; Report any system irregularities, downtime, or technical issues promptly to superior; Maintain accurate shift logs and activity reports; Communicate effectively with the operations team and follow standard procedures.
Kualifikasi: Based in Indonesia, with a stable internet connection and reliable computer setup.
