Product Manager Lubricant

Job Description Develop and enhance lubricant products by understanding customer needs, market trends, and industry requirements. Collaborate with R&D and principals to innovate products and optimize cost (CoGS).

Analyze product performance and drive strategic decisions on portfolio optimization (e.g., improvement, consolidation). Define competitive pricing strategies to maximize margins while staying aligned with market dynamics. Drive product awareness and lead generation through campaigns, events, and digital collaboration with Marketing teams.

Equip Sales teams with effective product training, tools, and materials to support strong market execution. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Lubricant B2B Industrial or related industry. Strong understanding of product management, pricing strategy, and market analysis. Experience working with R&D, principals, or technical teams.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Fluent in English (written & spoken).
