Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Nutrition, Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, Research & Development (R&D), or a similar role within the Food & Beverage (F&B) manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of product development processes, from concept through commercialization
• Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Results-oriented, with a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and achieving business objectives
• Good command of English, both written and spoken

Tanggung Jawab

• Lead the end-to-end product development process, including concept generation, formulation, product trials, validation, and production implementation
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Production, QA/QC, Purchasing, Marketing, and other stakeholders, to ensure product development projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Evaluate product formulations, quality standards, production costs, and manufacturing efficiency to achieve optimal product performance
• Supervise production trials and ensure products meet the company's quality, safety, and operational standards before mass production
• Conduct market research by analyzing consumer trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify product innovation opportunities
• Develop and manage product development timelines, ensuring all project milestones are achieved according to schedule
• Ensure all products comply with applicable food safety regulations, quality standards, and relevant industry requirements
• Monitor product performance after launch and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and product optimization
