Develop and manage lending products, drive innovation, analyze performance, and improve business processes.
Tanggung jawab: We are seeking a dynamic, analytical, and detail-oriented Product Development professional with experience in the financial services industry. This role is responsible for developing and managing lending products, driving product innovation, and enhancing; The ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and technical capabilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment; Develop innovative lending product strategies and promotional programs aligned with the company's business objectives and strategic roadmap; Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product ideation, design, profitability analysis, implementation, and post-launch evaluation; Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for product enhancement; Review and improve product policies, operational workflows, and promotional programs while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations; Prepare and issue internal communications, including circular letters, guidelines, and internal memos related to product updates and policy changes; Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Risk, Marketing, Operations, IT, and Compliance, to ensure successful product development and implementation; Identify opportunities to optimize and digitalize lending business processes to improve operational efficiency and customer experience; Design, document, and implement system enhancements and technology solutions that support product development initiatives; Monitor product performance using data-driven analysis and recommend continuous improvement initiatives to maximize business results.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field; Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Product Development, Product Management, or Business Analysis, preferably within the banking, financial services, fintech, or lending industry; Proven experience in developing and managing financial services or lending products; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business and financial data; Experience in designing and documenting business processes or system workflows; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional environment; Knowledge of digital banking, lending products, financial technology (FinTech), or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.
