Posisi Product Development - Design and Simulation Engineer ini berfokus pada pengembangan produk berkualitas tinggi yang hemat biaya serta peningkatan lini produk yang sudah ada, khususnya untuk segmen non-otomotif. Peran ini memegang perumusan teknis yang krusial dalam memastikan inovasi produk memenuhi standar performa, keandalan, dan efisiensi industri yang ketat. Ruang lingkup tanggung jawab Anda meliputi pembuatan dan eksekusi model simulasi untuk menganalisis performa produk, proses, dan sistem menggunakan metode seperti Finite Element Analysis (FEA), analisis termal, serta analisis struktural. Anda juga bertugas menerjemahkan data simulasi menjadi rekomendasi perbaikan desain, berkolaborasi dengan tim manufaktur dan proyek, mengidentifikasi risiko desain, serta menyusun dokumentasi teknis yang komprehensif sesuai standar industri.
Kualifikasi: Degree or Diploma in Product Design, Industrial Design or Mechanical design; EXPERIENCES; 3 years in electronics component industry related to product design, prototype design; Hands on experience in simulation software (Ansys, SolidWorks), CAD software (AUTOCAD, Pro-E); Excellent knowledge about basic FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and stress / thermal analysis; Good knowledge about 3D modeling (assembly, sheet metal and surface modeling) and 2D drawing; Good knowledge about GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), Bill of Materials; Understand about tolerances and fits, material selection, DFMA (Design for Manufacturing & Assembly); PERSONALITY REQUIREMENTS; Able to work independently and under time pressure; Attention to detail; Problem-solving mindset; Creative and imaginative; OTHER REQUIREMENTS; Able to communicate in English.
