PT Surya Tanjung Jaya sedang mencari Graphic Designer yang kreatif untuk bergabung dengan tim Marketing & Communications di Batam. Peran ini bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengembangkan konten visual yang menarik untuk mengomunikasikan identitas brand dan pesan pemasaran kepada audiens target melalui berbagai platform digital maupun cetak. Sebagai bagian integral dari strategi komunikasi pemasaran, desainer akan berkolaborasi dengan tim untuk menerjemahkan tujuan kampanye ke dalam desain visual yang efektif. Tugasnya mencakup pembuatan brosur promosi, iklan, konten media sosial, aset website, serta ilustrasi dan infografis. Selain itu, desainer diharapkan untuk terus mengikuti tren desain terkini, mengoptimalkan gambar dan video, serta mengelola proyek desain dari tahap konsep hingga penyelesaian akhir.
Tanggung jawab: Design and create visually appealing graphics for digital and print marketing materials (brochures, advertisements, social media content, website assets).; Develop and maintain consistent brand visual identity across all company communications.; Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to understand campaign objectives.; Produce high-quality illustrations, infographics, and other visual content.; Edit and optimise images and videos for various digital platforms.; Stay updated with design trends, software tools, and industry best practices.; Manage design projects from concept through to final delivery..
