Procurement Officer (Sourcing & Purchasing)

Mursmedic Group Indonesia is seeking a talented Procurement Officer to join our growing team in North Cikarang, West Java . This full-time role will be responsible for supporting the procurement of medical devices products to ensure the smooth operation of our business. What you'll be doing Sourcing & Supplier Management Identify, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services.

Purchase Order Management Create and process purchase orders, monitor delivery timelines, and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with internal departments like finance, legal, and operations to support business needs and align procurement activities. Cost & Efficiency Optimization Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and suggest alternative suppliers or materials when needed.

Compliance & Documentation Ensure all procurement processes follow internal policies and healthcare industry standards (e.g., CDAKB, CPPKRTB). What we're looking for Relevant bachelor's degree in Chemistry (high preferable), Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Procurement.

Minimum 2 years experience in a procurement or supply chain role, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve procurement issues.

Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines in the healthcare industry (high preferable).
