Perusahaan membuka kesempatan bagi profesional berpengalaman untuk bergabung sebagai Procurement Controller di Kantor Pusat Jakarta. Sebagai Procurement Controller, Anda bertanggung jawab penuh atas pengelolaan proses pengadaan end-to-end secara efisien, sesuai anggaran, dan mematuhi prosedur yang berlaku. Lingkup pekerjaan meliputi partisipasi dalam negosiasi pemasok, penelaahan dan penyusunan ringkasan eksekutif perbandingan komersial seperti Quotation Comparison Form (QCF) dan Change Orders, peninjauan kontrak kerja sama, pengawasan kepatuhan kebijakan pengadaan, evaluasi penawaran tender, serta pelaksanaan benchmarking harga pasar guna mendukung efisiensi biaya operasional perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, from commercial analysis and negotiations to contract administration and vendor management. This role ensures all procurement activities are executed efficiently, within budget, and in full; Participate in negotiations with suppliers and contractors within the assigned category scope; Review, analyze, and prepare Executive Summaries (Justification) for Commercial Fit Comparisons such as Quotation Comparison Form, Variation & Change Orders (VO/CO) and mutual agreement letter; Review and approve contracts, including MPA, CC, and contract addendum; Monitor overall compliance with procurement policies and procedures through direct involvement in the procurement process; Ensure compliance with approved budgets and initiate requests for additional budget allocation when required; Review Purchase Requests (PR), approve tender processes, and approve QCF submissions; Prepare justifications for final tender recommendations, including analysis of 80/20 spend items; Identify potential local contractors, coordinate with Infrastructure/Operations teams for site surveys, obtain recommendations and approvals, and facilitate contractor registration; Conduct market price benchmarking against RAP estimates to establish clear pricing expectations and support effective tender evaluations.
Kualifikasi: Minimal Bachelor Degree; Having minimal 4 years of working experience as Cost Control; Having experience in Procurement and Purchasing as Cost Control; Detail oriented and good in analytical thinking; Fluent in English could be an advantages; Willing to be located in Jakarta - Head Office; "Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person".
