About the role We are seeking a Procurement Clerk to join PT Jiangsu Hengli Hydraulic Indonesia in Cikarang Pusat, Jawa Barat. As a Procurement Clerk, you will be responsible for administrative and operational tasks that ensure the smooth flow of goods and services into our organization. This role is essential to maintaining our procurement efficiency and supporting our broader manufacturing and logistics objectives. Key responsibilities Processing purchase orders and requisitions according to company procedures and guidelines
Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities, including vendor information, quotations, and purchase history Coordinating with suppliers to track order status, delivery schedules, and resolve any discrepancies Assisting in the preparation of procurement documentation, including contracts, invoices, and delivery notes
Supporting the procurement team with data entry, filing, and document management tasks Liaising between internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment Assisting with vendor evaluation and performance tracking activities
Supporting the preparation of procurement reports and analysis What we're looking for Bachelor Degree ; further qualifications in procurement, supply chain management, or business administration are advantageous
Proven experience in a procurement, purchasing, or inventory control role, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
