We are committed to delivering only the best products for our customers, and we are currently looking for a capable and experienced professional to join our team as Purchasing Supervisor .
Tanggung jawab: Plan, lead, and oversee all purchasing activities to ensure smooth production and supply chain operations; Source, evaluate, and select reliable vendors and suppliers that meet quality, cost, and delivery standards; Conduct thorough price and quality comparisons, prepare analysis reports, and provide recommendations for purchasing decisions; Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve optimal cost efficiency; Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and continuously develop new supplier networks; Ensure all purchased materials and goods comply with food safety and quality requirements; Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Kualifikasi: Proven experience in purchasing or procurement roles; prior experience in the food industry is highly preferred; Strong skills in vendor selection, comparison, evaluation, and recommendation; Good analytical, negotiation, and decision-making abilities; Must possess a private vehicle (2-wheel or 4-wheel) and a valid driving license; Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively; Familiarity with supply chain processes and food safety standards is an advantage.
