Manage preventive and predictive maintenance activities for production equipment and conveyor systems. Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize downtime. Develop and review maintenance standards, procedures, and equipment improvement plans. Monitor and control spare parts inventory to ensure equipment availability. Support production operations by resolving equipment-related issues in a timely manner. Conduct root cause analysis and follow up on problem countermeasure reports. Participate in new equipment installation, commissioning, testing, and acceptance activities. Review technical specifications and provide engineering support for new projects and equipment upgrades. Ensure compliance with company safety standards and maintenance best practices. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in engineering or maintenance within a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of mechanical systems such as gear motors, bearings, transmissions, pneumatic, hydraulic, and lubrication systems. Familiar with preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting. Able to read mechanical drawings and basic electrical drawings. Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering design software (2D/3D CAD is a plus).
