ELV Maintenance Engineer (Data Center)

An ELV Maintenance Engineer ensures reliable operation of all low‑voltage systems, supports building safety and security, minimizes downtime, and maintains compliance with technical and regulatory standards. Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on all ELV systems. Troubleshoot faults in:

o CCTV & NVR systems o Access control & door lock systems o Fire alarm system (FAS)

o Public Address (PA) system o Telephone & data network (LAN) o Intercom & IP communication

Monitor system health, logs, alarms, and device status Ensure network connectivity for ELV devices (switches, PoE, VLAN). Maintain access control database (users, permissions, schedules).

Maintain accurate documentation: o As‑built drawings o Network diagrams
