Job Responsibilities Manage and maintain the company's ERP system (SAP Business One). Develop and enhance IT systems in accordance with business requirements. Perform software maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth business operations. Analyze, design, and implement new requirement business flow Conduct testing and quality assurance for newly developed programs and add-ons. Handle user inquiries, issues, and complaints related to software applications. Manage and support MikroTik devices, email clients, operating systems, SAP Business One, and Server on premise Monitor and coordinate with vendors and third-party providers for IT-related projects. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in the IT field, with at least 3 years in a similar managerial or supervisory role. Hands-on experience with SAP Business One, Familiarity with cloud applications, MikroTik, Fortigate, Linux, Windows, and Microsoft Office. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
