Sinergia Homeschooling is an educational institution providing personalized learning experiences. This role involves conducting home visit lessons for Cambridge Primary students in the Puri Indah area. The teacher is responsible for delivering lessons in English, Mathematics, or Science, tailored to the student's specific learning needs, characteristics, and academic goals. Beyond instruction, the teacher must support the student's academic development, independence, and focus. This includes preparing regular student progress reports, coordinating closely with the Sinergia Academic/Primary Team regarding lesson plans and student challenges, and adhering to the institution's established academic guidelines and teaching objectives.
Tanggung jawab: Provide home visit lessons for a Cambridge Primary student in the Puri Indah area; Teach according to the assigned subject: English, Mathematics, or Science; Prepare and deliver lessons based on the Cambridge Primary Curriculum and the student's learning needs; Adapt teaching methods and activities according to the student's abilities, characteristics, and responses; Support the student's academic development, focus, independence, and learning skills; Coordinate with the Academic/Primary Team regarding lesson plans, student progress, and any challenges during the learning process; Do not make significant changes to the learning materials, targets, or program independently without prior coordination with the academic team; Prepare a Student Report regularly covering the student's progress, achievements, and areas for further development.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mathematics Education, Mathematics, English Education, English Literature, Science Education, Elementary Education, or a related field; Minimum 1 year of teaching experience; Experience working with children with special needs; Experience teaching the Cambridge Primary Curriculum in English, Mathematics, or Science; Strong command of English, both spoken and written; Able to explain academic concepts clearly and adapt lessons to the student's learning level and needs; Experience in home tutoring / private tutoring is preferred; Patient, calm, observant, flexible, and able to build a positive relationship with students while maintaining appropriate boundaries; Creative in developing engaging learning activities while staying aligned with the learning objectives; Able to work collaboratively with the Sinergia Academic/Primary Team and open to feedback; Willing to follow Sinergia Homeschooling's academic guidelines, learning objectives, and teaching direction; Based in or near Puri Indah, and willing to conduct home visits in the area.
