Altius Hospital Puri di Jakarta Barat sedang mencari Ophthalmic Nurse atau Refractionist yang kompeten untuk bergabung dengan tim medis kami. Kami berdedikasi untuk memberikan layanan kesehatan mata yang berkualitas tinggi kepada pasien. Sebagai Ophthalmic Nurse / Refractionist, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk mempersiapkan pasien sebelum konsultasi, membantu dokter spesialis mata selama prosedur pemeriksaan dan perawatan, serta mengoperasikan peralatan diagnostik mata. Anda juga akan memberikan edukasi kepada pasien mengenai perawatan mata dan memastikan seluruh dokumentasi medis dikelola dengan akurat sesuai standar keselamatan dan kualitas rumah sakit.
Tanggung jawab: Prepare patients for ophthalmic consultations and diagnostic procedures; Assist ophthalmologists during examinations and treatments; Operate and maintain ophthalmic diagnostic equipment; Provide patient education regarding eye care, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions; Ensure accurate documentation and coordination of patient care; Adhere to patient safety, infection prevention, and hospital quality standards.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Refraction Optics (Refractionist Optician); Possess a valid and active professional registration license (STR); Previous experience in a hospital eye clinic, eye center, or ophthalmology practice is preferred; Able to perform basic ophthalmic examinations, including visual acuity testing, autorefraction, tonometry, and other ophthalmic diagnostic procedures; Familiarity with ophthalmic equipment and patient care processes; Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills; Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team; Willing to be based at Altius Hospital Puri, West Jakarta.
