Primary Co-Teacher

The Primary Co-Teacher / Teacher Assistant supports the Lead Classroom Teacher in delivering quality education to primary students. The role focuses on assisting with classroom activities, supporting student learning, and helping maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment. The Co-Teacher works collaboratively with the Lead Teacher and other staff to support the implementation of a developmentally appropriate curriculum that meets the academic and social-emotional needs of students.

Qualifications & Experience ●Experience working with children in a school or educational setting is preferred. ●Relevant degree in Education or a related field is an advantage.

●Minimum 2 work references from previous employers. ●Experience working in an international school environment is a plus. ●Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs or SEN will be an advantage.

●Police record check. ●Proficiency in English language. ●Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices for learners.

●Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ●Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. ●Passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
