The Pricing and Promotions Executive (Online) is responsible for managing promotional activities and pricing strategies within the ETP Accelerator and ZOUT systems. This role ensures that all promotional data is accurate, updated, and correctly reflected across operational platforms. Key responsibilities include setting up and activating promotions, maintaining the Promotion Logbook, and performing daily data validation to ensure seamless transfer to EAS. The executive also manages price updates, markdown pricing, and article listing activities, ensuring that all master data—including vendor information and FOB updates—is maintained for smooth warehouse and operational processes.
Tanggung jawab: Set up and activate promotions in the ETP Accelerator system; Maintain and update the Promotion Logbook for all promotional activities; Perform daily validation of re-upload data to ensure promotional data is successfully transferred to EAS; Process price updates for Defective Bazaar and ZOUT transactions; Execute markdown pricing updates through the ZOUT system; Troubleshoot and process ZOUT requests when store pricing is not updated correctly in ETP; Manage article listing activities to ensure articles are available for Warehouse GR, STO/DO creation, and other operational processes; Maintain article master data, including vendor information, FOB updates, and other related attributes; Handle article listing and pricing setup for new store openings.
